Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy applies to the websites and commercial sites of Sunny Send EAD and in particular Complex Gladioli Golden Sands Resort, city of Varna, hereinafter referred to as ‘Administrator’. It covers the processing and protection of personal data in accordance with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data , on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as all other applicable European Union (EU) regulations and national data protection legislation.

We emphasize the importance of privacy and therefore adopt high standards to protect personal information. Our policies describe the type of personal information we collect and receive, the circumstances under which we collect or receive personal information, the rules and procedures we have established outlining its use and retention, as well as the sharing of certain types of personal information in certain limited circumstances, the procedures you should follow if you have any questions or requests regarding your personal information or our rules and procedures, and details of the person to whom such questions or requests should be directed as well as the means by which you communicate with this person.

The administrator shall comply with the basic principles for the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR:

Personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
Personal data shall be collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and shall not be further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.

Personal data shall be accurate and kept up to date where necessary.
Personal data shall be kept in a form which allows identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
Personal data shall be processed in a manner which ensures an adequate level of security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, disclosure, destruction or damage, by means of appropriate technical or organisational measures.
The organisational and technical measures implemented shall ensure the permanent confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the systems and services for the processing of personal data.

For better security and protection of our guests and employees, we at Complex Gladioli use video surveillance in legally permitted areas. We do NOT record biometric data.
