Accommodation Policy

These rules have been developed on the basis of current Bulgarian legislation.

Complex Gladiola guarantees the observance of confidentiality to its guests.

A video surveillance system is in operation throughout the hotel territory /except in the lavatories and hotel rooms/. By using the services of the hotel, you agree to the video surveillance.

The hotel administration may suspend the rendering of services for those guests who violate the rules and do not comply with the hotel policy.

Guests who do not follow the general rules and do not respect the hotel’s policy may be forced to leave the property without refund of prepaid amounts.

If a guest is late for more than one day, his/her reservation will be cancelled without notice.

The check-in at the hotel takes place after 15:00 o`clock on the day of arrival.

A luggage room is available in the hotel lobby for guests’ convenience.

The check-in is compulsory for all guests and is made upon accomodation against a valid ID (ID card or international passport).

The night rate is payable in full regardless of how many hours the guest stays at the hotel.

Payment is made on the spot, at check-in – in cash (in Bulgarian leva) or by credit and debit cards, as well as by bank transfer.

Upon check-in each guest receives a hotel passport, which serves as an identification card during the stay.

After your registration at the reception, you will receive the necessary key-card for your room. A lost key-card will be charged at the hotel reception according to the established price list.

The hotel passport obtained at check-in from reception also serves as a parking pass.

Parking lots are subject to availability and cannot be reserved.

Check-out is until 11:00 o`clock on the day of departure. Late check-out until 17:00 o`clock is subject to a surcharge according to the established price list and is only possible subject to availability. Check-out after 17:00 o`clock will be charged as an overnight stay.

In case of early cancellation of the stay, no refund will be given.

The key-card must be left at reception each time you leave the room. Upon departure, guests are required to inform the reception staff that they are vacating the room.

No unregistered persons are allowed to stay overnight in the hotel.

Close the front door of the room properly when leaving to ensure it is locked.

Room lights will only be activated if you insert the card into the plastic slot on the wall. The lights go out 20 sec. after removing it.

When leaving the room, do not forget the card in the slot, when closing the door automatically locks.

The hotel does not accept guests with pets.

For your good and restful stay, we recommend you to keep quiet during the afternoon and night hours (from 14:00 o`clock to 16:00 o`clock and from 23:00 o`clock to 07:00 o`clock).

It is forbidden to move or remove from the rooms any kind of hotel property (cloths, towels, utensils, etc.).

Aggressive behaviour and actions threatening the health and property of others will not be tolerated.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and all indoor areas of the hotel. At any established violation, a fine will be charged.

Hotel guests should familiarize themselves with the emergency instructions as well as the evacuation plan located on the inside door of the hotel room.

For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age unattended in hotel rooms or in common areas of the hotel (lobby, restaurant, lobby bar, etc.). The hotel is not responsible for unaccompanied children.

For safety reasons, outside visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms of the hotel, this is only to ensure the safety and security of our tourists.

The equipment of each room is checked before check-in and after check-out.

Hotel guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel’s furniture, equipment and inventory and for any items found to be missing. All damages are to be paid by the guests at rates set by the hotel.

Items forgotten by guests are stored for up to 1 month.

Feedback and recommendations can be left in the guest book at reception.
To ensure order and safety in the complex is not allowed:

The admittance of persons visibly intoxicated, using drugs and/or narcotic substances, as well as those with aggressive behavior on the territory of the hotel, restaurants, bars and common areas of the complex.

The use of electrical and gas appliances in the rooms.

Passing the key-card of your room to other persons.
-
Keeping of materials and objects in the rooms that are dangerous to the health and lives of others.

Violating generally accepted norms of behaviour, aggressive behaviour and actions that threaten the health and property of others.

The removal of food and drink from the restaurant and bars.
-
Entering into restaurants in swimwear and beachwear.
